My husband purchased a gorgeous necklace for me as a Christmas gift from Braidy’s. We stopped in after the holidays because I had an issue with the clasp. Not only were we helped immediately but the necklace was replaced and done so within the promised amount of time. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the people we have encountered there… always helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. This definitely isn’t our first purchase or encounter here and will not be our last!

Can’t say enough good things about Mike and Braidy Jewelers . I stopped by first looking for engagement rings. He spent a lot of time showing me different settings, most importantly, listening to what I was describing. Later, my fiancé and I came back to look together. Finally, my fiancé worked with Mike to put the perfect ring together. Since then we have bought the wedding bands and gifts for the family. We always get the best personal service at Braidy Jewelers, no reason to go into Phoenix.

I have purchased from Braidy Jewelers twice now. The first was a couple years ago to buy my husband a Tissot watch for our anniversary. Mike offered me the best price I was able to find anywhere and replaced the watch battery for free when it died the following year. The second time was to upgrade my wedding set. I had a 1ct Tiffany setting solitaire that I was looking to have re-set. Mike showed me the options and offered to customize something to suit my needs. I just picked it up today and I’m loving it! Service is always top notch and I doubt you will find a better deal elsewhere on their merchandise. Highly recommend!
